Application: | The NFL Team needed an air-conditioned space so that they could practice during bad weather and keep cool on extremely hot days. |
Location: | Florida |
Building Size: | 90,000 sq. ft. |
System Style & Quantity: | Two Outdoor, Ground-Mounted Heating and Cooling Systems |
Design & Building Complications
The roof structure provided limited support for any mechanical systems. The Johnson Air Rotation System alleviated these issues by providing a ground-mounted and ductless solution.
The units were placed outside so that the customer could have full usable indoor space and were painted to match the exterior of the building.
The system provides 400 tons of DX cooling and utilizes electric heating elements. The systems are fully equipped with ventilation provisions and enthalpy economizers, saving the customer on energy bills.
